What to include
Please include as much of the following as you reasonably can:
- 📅 Dates: expected start and end dates, including any flexibility
- 🌍 Location: country and general region—no full address is needed initially
- 🏡 Property: home type and any important day-to-day systems
- 🐾 Animals: species, numbers, ages and normal routines
- 🐴 Horses or larger animals: stable, yard and pasture responsibilities
- 💊 Additional care: medication, senior-animal needs or closer monitoring
- 🌿 Other responsibilities: gardens, ponds, gates, deliveries or local contacts
- 💬 Updates: how often you would like to hear from us
- 🤝 Arrangement: exchange, professional paid or not yet decided
- ✈️ Travel: any fixed arrival, collection, visa or transport considerations
Do not send alarm codes, key locations, identity documents or other sensitive access information in the first message.
What happens after you enquire
- ✅ We review the assignment. We check the dates, travel practicalities and whether the responsibilities suit our experience.
- 📞 We arrange a conversation where appropriate. This allows both sides to discuss routines, expectations and communication.
- 🧾 We clarify the structure. Exchange or paid arrangements, travel costs and practical details are agreed before confirmation.
- 🔑 We plan the handover. Detailed home and animal information is shared privately once the assignment is progressing.
We will reply honestly where dates do not work or an assignment falls outside our experience.
